At the museum you can enjoy an exciting tour of the aviation history through interesting exhibitions. You will be able to take a closer look at large and small aircraft, such as U2, Junkers JU52 and Spitfire. After your visit to the exhibitions, you may buy souvenirs in the museum shop before enjoying a snack or a meal in our café..
The Glass Works itself currently form the heart of Blaafarveværket Museum. This is where the annual art exhibitions are held, as well as the permanent exhibition ‘From Cobalt Ore to Blue Pigment’ in the Glass Works.
The only power plant in Norway that is protected by the Director General of Historic Monuments.
